Preparing for your visit: All of our treatments take place in our community room, which means you will be treated in a comfortable recliner in a space with other people. If possible please wear comfortable clothes that can pull up to your elbows and knees. Make sure you have had some food within a few hours of the treatment.
Each treatment is specific to your needs. Some days you may stay half an hour and on another day you may want to cozy up for a nap for two hours. For your first visit plan to be here at least one hour.
We take care in making our community room a tranquil and soothing space, but we also encourage you to bring items from home to help make you comfortable if needed, such as a favorite blanket or pillows, ear plugs, ipod (MP3 player) with earphones, etc. Please be conscious of how your noise affects others treatment experience, we are all striving for peace and health together.
Cancellation Policy: In respect for our intention to offer high quality health care at affordable prices, we ask for 24-hour notice in advance of your scheduled time if it is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand that last minute things come up, so please call us at 530-217-9667 to see if we can accommodate you earlier or later in the shift for the same day your appointment is scheduled. Otherwise, all appointments that are rescheduled or canceled with less than 24-hour advance notice (as well as those missed without notice) will be charged a $40 cancellation fee. Any appointments that are not cancelled online or called in will result in a "NO SHOW" and all future appointments will be cancelled.
